27,000,000 People.

Someone just like you. Someone’s parent. Someone’s child. Someone’s best friend. They are being held captive. Right now. In Slavery.

Let me help you envision this mass amount of people. You can take the Georgia Dome and fill it every single day with new people for a year!  Yet, it will only amount to 23,000,000.

Children taken from their families,being made to work for 17-18hrs a day, rolling cigarettes or plowing a field. This tears me up, puts my heart in pieces.

But here is something wonderful about our generation, we have the technology to stop human trafficking right at our finger tips. Awareness. Telling everyone about this inhumanity. Posting a picture to your instagram and tagging it with #enditmovement or tweeting about it. By doing this we are making people aware of the 27,000,000 and we can abolish slavery in our generation!
